COVID allowed us all to collect A LOT of stuff these past couple of years…let’s sell it!!
With more than 30,000 residents and over 15,000 homes in our Central Park neighborhood, we need more than one community garage sale. We will be hosting a fun interactive community garage to help us all clear out our homes.
The sale will be 2 days long and will be split into North and South of I-70. Central Park is over 5 miles wide, so splitting the sale allows more customers to go to one area and help increase sales. It also allows people from within our neighborhood to shop more!
Sale Details
Date: May 14-15, 2022
Who: All residents of 80238, split into North and South of I-70
Registration closes on Thursday, May 12 at 9:00 a.m.
New Features:
Food Trucks ~ To increase your stamina while shopping – these will be scattered throughout the neighborhoods and will be in areas with the highest cluster of traffic. We will post those locations once registration closes on Thursday.
Dumpster and Donation Truck ~ These will be available Saturday and Sunday afternoon from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm in the parking lot just north of Off Broadway Shoes at Northfield Mall. (see map)
Please be considerate and DO NOT dump. Place all items INSIDE the dumpster or in front of the donation truck if no one is there to help load for you. Please do not put any old tires, TVs, or anything with refrigerant in the dumpster.

Diana and Michael Kearns are The Kearns Team at Realty ONE Group Five Star.
