Stay Tuned – 2024 Details Coming Soon!
Let’s Sell Some Stuff!!
With more than 30,000 residents and over 15,000 homes in our Central Park neighborhood, this is one of Denver’s largest community garage sales! We will be hosting a fun, interactive community garage to help us all clear out our homes for the summer season.
The sale will be 2 days long and will be split into two sections: the North End (north of I-70) and the South end (south of I-70). Central Park is over 5 miles wide, and having 2 large areas within the community allows for more customers and will help increase sales for everyone. This will bring more people to the neighborhood looking to shop!
There will also be a dumpster and a donation truck on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. – all participants will be emailed the location.

Tips for a Successful Garage Sale
Create an attractive display
Arrange your items neatly and creatively to make them more appealing to potential buyers. Use tables, racks, and signage to make it easy for shoppers to browse and find what they’re looking for.
Make sure you have enough change
Have plenty of small bills and coins on hand to make change for your customers. Consider using a cash box or fanny pack to keep your money safe and organized.Offer bundle deals
Encourage customers to buy multiple items by offering bundle deals, such as “buy one get one free” or “three items for $10.” This can help you move more items and increase your sales. Also don’t hesitate to negotiate with your customers to increase your sales.
