Let’s Sell Some Stuff! 🏷️
Welcome to one of Denver’s largest community garage sales — right here in our own backyard. Central Park is Denver’s largest neighborhood, and after 20 years of growth it is now fully built out with more than 30,000 residents and 12,000 homes. That means all kinds of turnover — new families moving in, long-timers finally clearing out the basement, and everything in between. There is no shortage of good stuff to buy or sell around here.
This sale draws shoppers from all over Denver and two full days is the only way to do it justice. Clear out the clutter, make some cash, and catch up with neighbors you’ve been meaning to wave at all year.
The sale is split into two sections — the North End (north of I-70) and the South End (south of I-70). Central Park stretches more than 5 miles wide, so dividing it up means more shoppers in more corners of the neighborhood and more money in your pocket. A win for everyone.
NEW in 2026! Every registered seller gets pinned on our live interactive map that updates as soon as you register so shoppers can find you, see what you’re selling, and plan their route before they even leave the house.
And because we want to make this as easy as possible — on Sunday from 2:00–5:00pm we’ll have a dumpster and donation truck on site for anything that doesn’t sell. Location will be emailed to all registered participants. No hauling stuff back inside. You’re welcome.

Tricia Houston is the owner of Lending Maven Mortgage is a Colorado native, CSU graduate, and Central Park true believer. She and her husband of 20 years built their home from scratch in Bluff Lake in 2013 and have loved every minute of watching this neighborhood grow ever since.
She loved it so much she planted two businesses here — Lending Maven Mortgage, where she has been helping families find their way home for 25 years, and Mile Hi Pickleball, an indoor facility she opened in October 2024 to give neighbors one more reason to get together and be social.
Off the clock you’ll find her cheering on her three boys — two at Northfield and one at McAuliffe International — who between them play football and soccer pretty much year round. The dogs outrank her in every situation, and carpool is that third job she always wanted but never gets paid for. Being part of this community, helping build it and watching it grow, has been the best part of all of it. You really cannot beat the people in this neighborhood. If you see her out there, say hi.
